On Sunday 24 January the annual cross-country run organised  by RTC (Residentie Triathlon Club) will take place. The event will take place in and around the beautiful area of the Puinduinen at Ockenburgh (Kijkduin).

The event starts at 11:00. from the facilities of Soccer Club 'PGS' (Wijndaelerweg, The Hague). People participating can sign up fro the race between 09:45 and 10:30 (€ 7), or may sign up online (€ 4) here: www.triathlonweb.nl/users/rtc/index.php

This cross-country run is one of the toughest in its category in our country. This mainly because of the differences in altitude that the runner has to overcome. However the magnificent view on top of the parcours over the city of The Hague, the sea, beach and dunes, will be worth well the effort and sweat.

Participants may choose to run the distance that suits their capabilities: 3.5, 7 or 10km.
 
RTC is the general endurance sports and triathlon club of The Hague. It is one of the oldest triathlon clubs in The Netherlands. RTC is a club for anyone who wants to perform endurance sports, such as swimming, biking (on-road as well as mountainbiking), skating and running facilities.
