The Utrechtsebaan, the motorway access to The Hague, is to be closed at least 29 times in the coming year

Traffic will have be diverted in connection with the construction of the Haagsche Zwaan (Hague Swan), a 75-metre-high office block. The top part of the building will hang 12 metres above the road.

The dates of the closures are not yet certain, but will affect the Hague to Utrecht lanes, and the work will be carried out at night.
