The Time to Move Foundation will embark on an adventure on Tuesday with sixteen problematic youths. The group will row over the North Sea from England (Lowesoft) to Scheveningen. They have set an enormous challenge with their target to complete rowing 180 kilometers in 40 hours. If all goes well, the group is expected to arrive in the Scheveningen haven on Thursday.

The goal of the project is for young people who are having problems with alcohol, drug abuse, school and loitering, to be able to work on a challenge that makes a positive shift on their lives.
