The Hague Humanity Hub and PLNT are excited to announce ‘Ready to Explore: Green & Just Futures’. Are you someone who cares about the climate crisis but doesn’t know how to turn that concern into action? Maybe you’re stuck in a job that doesn’t align with your values, or studying something that feels disconnected from what really matters. If you know you could be doing more but can’t figure out how – this program is for you! Applications close on September 7th.

Discover your direction, meet inspiring people, and learn how you can make a difference.

Apply to Ready to Explore: Green & Just Futures, a free 3-month journey to connect your passions with real-world change. You will work on a personal plan tailored to your interests and goals, formulate your questions, work in groups, and learn how you can take your next step forward.

Whether you’re studying, rethinking your career, or simply curious, this is your chance to connect your interests with real-world change. Are you ready to take on your personal journey?

Who is this for?

We are looking for curious, motivated people who are ready to explore:

  • Students and young professionals who want to connect their studies and experience with meaningful impact
  • Young professionals thinking about a more purpose-driven path
  • Early-stage changemakers with ideas to test
  • Anyone asking themselves: how can I contribute to a greener, fairer world?

You don’t need any experience. Just bring your questions, your curiosity, and the time to commit to this shared exploration.

What will you get out of it?

  1. Community: connect with 15-20 like-minded peers exploring similar questions.
  2. Network: meet experts, mentors, and peers working at the intersection of climate, peace and justice.
  3. Co-working hours: accountability sessions and guidance from an experienced coach to make progress in your exploration journey.
  4. Reflect on your position: based on your experience, and background there are different ways in how you can create a change, at the end of these months you will reflect on your positionality in the complex climate systems.
  5. Confidence: leave with a clear personal plan, (change your job, explore and potentially launch your own initiative, continue studying) and the belief that you can make a difference.

This is a journey of both discovery and action. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of where you stand and how to move forward.

This pilot programme is a collaboration between:

PLNT The Hague: bringing the entrepreneurial mindset, tools and coaching to help you take your ideas forward.
The Hague Humanity Hub: a platform bringing together changemakers working for a more peaceful and just world.

Together, we’re creating a space where ideas can grow, where people support each other, and where purpose meets action.
