The nominees for the 2025 Hague Sports Gala have been officially announced. Who will be named Sportswoman, Sportsman, Sports Team, Sports Talent, Sports Coach, Referee, or Sports Volunteer of the Year? After careful consideration, the jury has selected promising contenders for these honorable titles in each category.
On Monday, December 15, 2025, at Sportcampus Zuiderpark, The Hague will reflect on a year of sport filled with memorable moments and achievements by The Hague athletes. This festive evening will not only celebrate the medals of top athletes and talented athletes, but also the dedication of The Hague referees, sports volunteers, and other special achievements. Just like last year, the evening will be presented by Bas Muijs and co-host Rutger Vermast. Unlike last year, the Richard Krajicek Award will not be presented.

The Hague Referee of the Year:
– Caroline van Meershoek (gymnastics)

The Hague Sports Volunteer of the Year:
