Director & papercraft artist Vera van Wolferen has a bachelors in Fine Art and masters in Animation. She is known for her whimsical handmade style. She directed Ultrakort animation Tourist Trap and her animated short Down in the Dumps premiered at Berlinale 2025. She worked for brands like Heineken, Jo Malone, Facebook, Pringles & Bosch. In 2017 she was one of Playgrounds Next Talents. In 2025 she was part of Animatie Vrijplaats, at Film Forward.
