Every month, we bring you a fresh line-up of up-and-coming comedians, mixed with experienced stand-up pros. This is where you see tomorrow’s big names before they hit the big venues. No flashy sets, no gimmicks – just pure, unfiltered comedy.

Greg Shapiro – ‘The American Netherlander’
PePijn’s Comedy Club is programmed and hosted by Greg Shapiro – ‘The American Netherlander’. Sometimes international comedians from Live at the Apollo on the BBC, sometimes award-winners and comedians with their own solo show.
One lineup featured a bisexual Afghan / Dutch comedian (finalist of the Dutch Camaretten Awards), an Egyptian woman who works for the EU, a Ukrainian refugee, and a former dominatrix.
Critics: “One thing that puts some people off in stand-up is the fear they will be picked on, with the comedian insulting or humiliating them. Nothing like that last night; it was a really good atmosphere and everybody had a good night out.” – ArtsTalk Magazine.
