Avoid the busy parking lot, fast and comfortable transport and directly from A to B. This is possible from April thanks to the new express bus from The Hague to Keukenhof.

From next month, there will be new return transport between Rotterdam, The Hague and Keukenhof. This express bus will depart daily from the bus platform at The Hague Central Station and will drop visitors off directly at the entrance to the flower park. This bus line, operated by HopOn HopOff Holland, is a comfortable alternative to the car and faster than public transport.

Wim van Meerveld: “From HopOn HopOff Holland we see an increasing spread of tourism across our country; tourists stay overnight in The Hague and Rotterdam and discover Keukenhof from there. Thanks to the bus line, a joint initiative with Keukenhof, this growing group of tourists can discover the most beautiful spring park in the world in an easy and more sustainable way.”

Comfortable journey
From 11 April to 11 May 2025, the bus will run twice a day. From The Hague Central Station, the bus will depart at 9:50 and 13:20. The return trip from Keukenhof will depart at 14:30 and 19:00. The journey will take 35 minutes.

A ticket costs 44.50 euros, which includes return transport and entrance to Keukenhof. By means of a flyer, available at the The Hague Info Store at The Hague Central Station, you will receive a 10 percent discount on your online booking.

Sustainable choice
The new bus line makes it easier for residents and visitors to visit the world-famous flower park from The Hague. It offers a new, fast and sustainable way to get to Keukenhof; without transfers, lower CO2 emissions compared to car transport, more comfort and with a view of the flowering meadows of the Bollenstreek along the way.

Keukenhof Collaboration
The bus line is an initiative of HopOn HopOff Holland in collaboration with Keukenhof. The iconic ornamental garden, known for its colourful tulip meadows, attracts around 1.4 million visitors from all over the world each year. The new bus line ties in with Keukenhof’s ambitions to stimulate sustainable tourism.
